Working hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating weekly pattern: 
Week 1: 05:45–14:30, Week 2: 09:00–18:00 (Recruiting for two positions)

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Supervise and support yard and warehouse colleagues 

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safe, well-organised yard and warehouse operations 

• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and fulfilled accurately and on time 

• Receive and check stock against Proof of Delivery, completing all required documentation 

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and compliance 

• Support stock control, rotation, and loss prevention across the yard and warehouse 

• Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams 

• Support Branch sales performance, KPIs, and operational targets 

 What We’re Looking For 

• Relevant product or market knowledge 

• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a yard and warehouse team 

• Strong customer service focus 

• Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills 

• IT literacy and willingness to learn 

• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (desirable) 

• Forklift licence (desirable) 

• Experience in a yard, warehouse, or customer-focused role (desirable) 

• Previous people management experience (desirable)
