Hours: Monday to Friday with shifts between 6am - 6pm

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Supporting the Operations Manager in fostering a positive Safety and Wellbeing culture and helping the team meet key targets.
  • Managing the planning and loading of vehicles to ensure smooth operational performance.
  • Coaching and supporting colleagues, identifying training needs, and contributing to a high‑engagement culture.
  • Communicating company plans, targets, and individual objectives clearly across the team.
  • Acting as a first line of support for day‑to‑day queries and operational requirements.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experience within a logistics or warehouse environment.
  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and the resilience to handle conflict effectively.
  • Competence in IT systems, with the ability to work safely and in line with policies and procedures.
  • A valid driving licence, with desirable experience in transport planning, forklift operation, and people management.
