As a real estate manager, you will…

  • Manage the existing store portfolio – You will have shared responsibility for developing and executing existing store strategies related to relocations, expansions, renewals and any potential store renovations. This role will also be the primary for the existing store portfolio lease renewal workload.

  • Highly Collaborative– You will be responsible for driving communication amongst store development managers, real estate representatives, Territory directors as well as operations, construction, design and facilities.

  • Territory Development – You will help develop, create and present for regions AOP forecast related to all metrics.  You will be an active participant in development strategies.  

  • Lead the development of a trade area – You may lead the development of new stores in a specific market, including site selection, trade area strategy, site tours, broker management and legal collaboration

  • Personal development – You will be responsible for developing an active and measurable personal development plan with focus on dealing with ambiguity, problem solving, leading people, effective presentations, etc…

  • Participates in strategic planning for Territory

  • Manage existing store portfolio

  • Aid, create, and present key performance indicators within your area 



We’d love to hear from people with experience in:

  • 3+ years of retail or restaurant new store rollout
  • 3+ years of financial planning and market analysis
  • 3+ years of project management in chain store, retail or commercial brokerage
  • 2+ years of real estate deal-making and negotiations
  • Strong computer skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
