As a program manager, workforce solutions, you will…

Culture Evolution & Enterprise Change

  • Communicate clearly and concisely—visually and verbally—at an audience-appropriate level (up to and including executives), and can adapt messaging to “speak the language” that resonates, influences, and moves work forward
  • Amplify and scale workforce strategies driving prioritized changes that enable our culture and talent to evolve and grow in service of long-term success.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders to bring others along and set all parties up for success

Program Delivery

  • Design, develop & lead multiple concurrent, cross-functional programs aligned with PRO and enterprise strategic priorities balancing near- and long-term horizons
  • Bring a clear point of view and drive decision-making informed by data, stakeholder input, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead with empathy, courage, and clarity—navigating complex conversations and driving fact-based, actionable outcomes.


 

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • 8+ years of proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs or change initiatives within a large, matrixed environment.
  • 8+ years of broad business experience working across large, matrixed organizations.
  • A demonstrated passion for creating clear, actionable paths forward in ambiguous situations.
  • Proven ability to influence and shape outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups—including senior leaders—without direct authority.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, adapting plans to maintain momentum and impact.
  • Strong strategic, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and policies, or experience as an HR Business Partner, is a plus.

As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
