As a Product Manager for Lobby & Portfolio on the Canada Product team, you will lead the Lobby portfolio for Starbucks Canada and overall product portfolio management while supporting sustainability-focused initiatives.

As a Product Manager, Lobby and Portfolio, you will:

Manage Lobby Portfolio: You will lead the day-to-day category management, including assortment decisions, seasonal forecasting, inventory management and promotional recommendations across Starbucks merchandise and packaged coffee categories

Unlock Merchandise Growth: You will develop the strategy for the long-term merchandise category growth in Canada

Spearhead Canada Product Portfolio Management: You will support the Canada Product team in initiating and synthesizing total portfolio level insights, leading processes to develop performance summaries such as post-promo reviews and total portfolio modelling frameworks  

Support Sustainability Reusables & Packaging: You will support execution of initiatives to help reduce Starbucks waste from single use packaging, including (but not limited to) personal cups, for-here ware and borrow-a-cup solutions, while supporting launch of sustainable product packaging for Starbucks in Canada, including plastic-reduced and compostable options

Work on a fun team and demonstrate an owner’s mindset to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks values & guiding principles 



We’d love to hear from people with:

  • 2+ years progressive experience in product/ brand management
  • 2+ years leading cross-functional projects
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing products or strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and influencing abilities
  • Skilled in presenting objectives and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Capability to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience leading portfolio reviews and/or implementing new routines for a team
  • Experience with portfolio reviews and process implementation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to identify consumer trends and forecast effectively
  • eCommerce portfolio management is considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits

The typical hiring range for this position is $95,500 - $129,990 CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
