Now Brewing – brand manager II, North American Coffee Partnership! #tobeapartner

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

In this role, you will support brand strategy and marketing communications for the North American Coffee Partnership (NACP) – a joint venture run by Starbucks Coffee Company and PepsiCo. This role will infuse scaled, digital marketing expertise into marketing plans across the full NACP portfolio.

You will leverage a deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics to drive impactful, data‑informed campaigns that strengthen brand performance and engagement across North America.

We are seeking a digitally minded marketer who is energized by collaborating across teams and functions to build new media and social marketing muscles. A successful candidate will demonstrate a range of experience to help shape and influence key topics such as:

  • Drive execution of earned creator-first strategies: Provide thought-leadership to influence creator and social-first mindset across key marketing campaigns
  • Partner with the NACP Comms Director to tap into and drive impact through in-house social marketing centers of excellence and agency relationships
  • Deliver owned channel strategy: Identify priority platforms and handles that the NACP should be included on and provide the roadmap to content development and key KPIs
  • Envision and execute social first pilots which may include social commerce, creators at scale, etc; define KPIs and report on results
  • Shape a cultural POV and define its value for the NACP: Determine tactics to drive real-time responsiveness and relevancy with key cohorts, timeframes, or synergies with coffeehouse/beans

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Progressive experience in brand marketing, 6-10 years
  • Project leadership in a cross-functional environment, 6-10 years
  • Experience managing others, 3+ years
  • MBA Strongly preferred
