The Partner Technology team is seeking a technically strong, results-driven Engineering Manager to lead the development and evolution of the Digital Partner Experience ecosystem that powers web and mobile applications used daily by over 225,000 store leaders and baristas across North America. This role is pivotal in accelerating the Unified Partner Experience platform, enabling intuitive digital workflows, and advancing Partner-facing AI experiences such as Green Dot Assist. You will lead through technical depth and influence, guiding architecture and engineering excellence while focusing on team leadership, stakeholder and vendor management, and delivery of business outcomes. You will also champion AI-enabled development practices that improve velocity, quality, and developer experience. To succeed, you will need: Deep engineering expertise in iOS and front-end digital experiences, preferably in retail, with the ability to review architecture and design and make high-quality technical decisions. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across a multi-product ecosystem spanning mobile, web, and enterprise integrations. Strong partnership skills with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders and the ability to navigate priorities and trade-offs. Experience delivering simultaneously across roadmap, operations, and team development, with a focus on measurable outcomes. Curiosity and capability to adopt and scale AI-enabled practices, shaping tools and workflows that accelerate delivery and improve quality (e.g., AI-assisted coding, testing, automation). Ability to partner effectively with Product to shape roadmaps and translate outcomes into clear engineering plans. Deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences (iOS, React, React Native) with enterprise-grade reliability, security, and performance. Establish engineering excellence through best practices, CI/CD, observability, and operational rigor. Collaborate across Product, Design, and Technology teams, and manage vendor partnerships to optimize delivery and support.
