Perform tasks associated with cleaning (descaling) automated coffee roasting systems by means of manual, mechanical, and pneumatic methods. Perform lifting, rigging, and placement of machine components during scheduled replacement intervals. Perform sanitation and housekeeping tasks. Support all aspects of the maintenance department as needed, including general building and grounds maintenance. Assist with the installation of new equipment as assigned. Perform emergency equipment repairs, alone and with maintenance mechanic support. Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment and complete appropriate documentation. Support food safety, legality, and quality program.
