Contribute to the ongoing evolution, reliability, and operational excellence of the internal platform, including improvements to automation, documentation, tooling, and workflows. Support engineering teams by troubleshooting platform issues, advising on best practices, and helping remove blockers throughout their development and delivery lifecycle. Participate in oncall operations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen resiliency and reduce operational friction. [CM1] Experience operating Kubernetes (EKS or similar) or other distributed systems in production Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, or similar) Experience working with YAML configurations Experience implementing CI/CD and GitOps patterns using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Argo CD to automate secure, reliable application and infrastructure delivery. Experience supporting enterprise systems in an on-call or 24×7 operational environment Experience communicating technical topics to leadership teams Experience with Helm for packaging or deploying Kubernetes applications Hands-on Datadog experience (APM, dashboards, logs, alerts, monitors) Experience with PagerDuty or similar incident response tools Handson experience designing and operating CI/CD and GitOps delivery pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and/or Argo CD, including automated testing and security scanning Experience developing internal platform tooling or self-service automation pathways Background in customer success or platform success enablement Experience influencing platform or product direction based on customer engagement insights
