Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on highly performant, resilient and scalable services Minimum of 4 years of experience in directly managing a team of engineers. 5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting complex production systems Deep technical background in scalable, highly available application/services development, with a focus on C#/GO languages and modern cloud architecture Demonstrated ability to lead technical architecture/design discussions and to drive technical decision-making. Proven track record for implementing end-to-end service ownership, focusing on building reliable, self-healing services and driving robust automation The ability to establish, track and drive meaningful metrics A thoughtful, empathetic approach to leadership and collaboration. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
