Some of what you will do:
The Warehouse Forklift Operator is responsible for performing both manual and system-driven tasks to support inbound and outbound furniture operations. This role ensures the accurate and efficient movement of product by executing key functions such as put-away, staging, loading, and shipping. The Operator identifies and resolves issues within these functional areas to maintain a smooth workflow and support overall warehouse performance.
Specifically, You Will:
Support inbound and outbound furniture operations, including receiving purchase orders, special orders, and returns; completing inventory counts; reporting discrepancies; and ensuring CFS task completion.
Pick, stage, stock, and replenish product while ensuring SKU, quantity, and UOM accuracy.
Handle non‑system tasks including labeling, stocking, assembling make‑ready furniture, resolving receiving issues, and completing discrepancy tickets.
Prepare, check, sort, and load customer orders for delivery.
Participate in scheduled physical inventories.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety procedures.
Communicate non‑routine system issues to Application Support or management.
Some of what you need:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment required; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
Job requires the ability to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment. CFS and Furniture product knowledge desired.
Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and cherry picker preferred.
Proficient in warehouse operations with strong understanding of workflow and processes.
Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
