What you will be doing:

  • Drive SKU optimization and ensure a best-in-class digital shopping experience.
  • Partner with Merchants, SKU Operations, and Ecomm teams to enhance data integrity and product setup.
  • Perform product, category, and competitive analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend data-driven enhancements to boost margin, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain and optimize web selling tools and backend data management.
  • Manage cross-functional product inquiries with accuracy and speed.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand key indicators, and drive decisions.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Microsoft Office; Access proficiency a plus.
  • 3+ years eCommerce product experience
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with database and systems knowledge, product/category knowledge
