This position is a minimum of 4 days in the office with flexibility for remote work on Fridays. This position is based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL.
Target Start Date: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program)
Intern Pay Rate: $26 - $29 per hour

What you’ll be doing:
- Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to extract insights from data
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Construct and present insightful models, analyses, and test readouts to influence marketing, product, and promotional strategies
- Perform data mining, exploratory analysis, and A/B testing to support key business initiatives
- Research and analyze data to find deep relations within data to be used in the ML/AI algorithms
- Build and test audience targeting strategies and models, including relevancy, re-targeting, look-alike models, etc.
What's Needed - Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing a master's or doctoral degree in Computer Science /Analytics/Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and modeling techniques
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Familiarity with SQL and experience in handling large datasets

- Able to multitask and be flexible to new initiatives
The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, business considerations, geography, and internal equity. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
