Are you ready to drive measurable impact in a fast-paced environment? As a Marketplace Campaign Manager, you’ll execute and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, fueling Marketplace growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns flawlessly, analyze data, and ensure results align with business goals.
What you will be doing:
- Manage end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns, including setup, launch, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize for return on ad spend, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with merchandising, analytics, and creative teams to align campaigns with product priorities.
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly ad budgets.
- Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives to streamline campaign management.
- Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay current on Amazon Ads platform updates and best practices.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital campaign management, performance marketing, or eCommerce operations.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns.
- Proven success in managing advertising budgets and improving performance metrics.
- Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
What’s needed: Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or advanced certification in Digital Marketing or Data Analytics.
- Experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaigns.
- Strong understanding of keyword targeting, bid management, and conversion optimization.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
