This position is a minimum of 4 days in the office with flexibility for remote work on Fridays. Must be willing to relocate to the Lincolnshire, IL area and be within commutable distance.

Role Summary
As a Digital Experience Analyst (eCommerce Analyst) for Quill.com, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Site Experience team—bringing actionable insights that shape new features, functionality, customer experiences, and go-to-market strategies. You will dig into data to uncover opportunities, understand performance drivers, identify friction points, and deliver meaningful recommendations that enhance both customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
This role requires strong technical capability in Adobe Analytics, a keen ability to learn and use customer-insight tools, and solid business acumen. You’ll communicate complex analytical findings in clear, concise ways that help partners take action.
