Your Opportunity
As a Relocation/Acquisition Agent, you will possess an excellent working knowledge of all right of way activities that pertain to business and residential displacements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide DSS Inspections as requested.
- Negotiate with claimants as requested.
- Perform settlement duties with claimants as needed.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Understanding real estate transactions.
- Understanding of right of way laws and process.
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation's requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret land survey documents and right of way maps.
- Familiarity with the provisions of the Federal Uniform Act as it applies to the acquisition of property.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
