Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking a creative, driven Landscape Architectural Technologist to join our Edmonton Team. This position is an excellent opportunity for creatives who love landscape design, horticulture, construction detailing, project management, construction management, and field coordination.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of project development: schematic design to contract administration and close-out.
- Prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, site analysis, construction documentation, contract administration, and submissions on a wide variety of projects under guidance from senior landscape architects.
- Identify and solve technical issues.
- Conduct and participate in site meetings and conduct site reviews and inspections and coordinate work with construction crews, clients, consultants, sub-consultants, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate plans and specifications with project consultants.
- Coordinate internally with design team and construction staff.
- Assist landscape architects and other designers with project management and contract administration.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate and schedule multiple field construction milestones and team mates to achieve results.
