<p><strong>About the Position </strong></p>
<p>The best and brightest tradespeople, virtual design, pre-fabrication, and project team members work at Stansell Electric. This position resides in our Industrial and Commercial project delivery team; focused on large-scale industrial (water, wastewater, & warehouses) and commercial high-rise buildings.</p>

<p><strong>How You'll Make a Difference </strong></p>
<p>Financial Management:</p>
<p>· WIP: prepare, understand "what" the data means</p>
<p>· Able to complete Change Order pricing, AP/AR, POs, subcontracts, schedule of values, productivity</p>
<p>· Billing Strategy/Management: timing, under/over, stored material</p>
<p>· Contracts: Follow the contract review process, with assessment from more senior PM's</p>
<p>· Cost to complete forecast</p>
<p>· Teaching/leveraging PM1's</p>
<p>· Unit Price: pay items, quantities, RQs</p>
<p>Project Planning/Scheduling</p>
<p>· Build and maintain schedules, keep track of change orders, and resourcing needs</p>
<p>· Identify and mitigate risk</p>
<p>· Scope Management</p>
<p>· Stakeholder input</p>
<p>Project Methodology</p>
<p>· Read/ interpret/ apply construction drawings/ vender shop drawings and specifications</p>
<p>· Basic estimating understanding for CO scope collection</p>
<p>· Follows the SEC project delivery methodology</p>
<p>Risk Management</p>
<p>· Understands contract language & requirements</p>
<p>· Captures IF risks and mitigation plan in place</p>
<p>· Communicates between Subcontractors, Customers, Owners, Vendors, Negotiating</p>
<p>· Identifies cost component inaccuracies</p>
<p>· Understands Plans & Specs</p>
<p>External Relationship</p>
<p>· Interfaces with project level personnel</p>
<p>· Intermediate conflict resolution & negotiating skills</p>
<p>· Initiates customer relationship management</p>
<p>· Advanced internal communication & collaboration skills</p>
<p>Technology</p>
<p>· Competent with Microsoft Suite of applications.</p>
<p>· Competent with cloud-based, and local storage solutions.</p>
<p>· Competent with Company-specific software.</p>
<p>· Basic understanding of third-party construction / project management software platforms.</p>

<p><strong>Smarts, Skills. And Physical Requirements </strong></p>

<li>General knowledge of the electrical field</li>
<li>Familiarity with electrical materials and construction methods, including requirement* for different construction types</li>
<li>Strong code of ethics</li>
<li>Leadership skills</li>
<li>Service oriented, good “people skills”</li>
<li>Training in project management preferred</li>

<p><strong>Education</strong></p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related job experience.</p>
<p><strong>Experience </strong></p>
<p>2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager (we will consider less experienced candidates provided they can demonstrate their willingness to learn, flexibility, pleasant demeanor, and superior intelligence and have relevant experience in other jobs)</p>
<p>Candidates with infrastructure/transportation experience are highly desired</p>
