The Americas Supply Chain Team  (ASC) team is currently looking for a Director of Capabilities to development and drive continuous improvement, lean transformation, as well as the operating standards and deployment across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution locations. You will be key to the translating operational improvements into bottom line financial benefit.   

 

The Job:  

As a Director of Capabilities, you’ll be part of our ASC team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:  

  • Develop and deploy a production system (cadence, tier meetings, KPI, etc) to drive standardization and consistency across the region. 

  • Design the methodologies for measuring productivity of the ASC improvement activities 

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes and cadences are designed and implemented for speed, agility, and employee experience. 

  • Provide training to build capability across the stakeholder ecosystem in the approaches and methodologies for measuring productivity 

  • Build and facilitate a community of engaged CI users across ASC 

  • Drive alignment with operations teams on the methodologies for measuring productivity  

  • Drive best practice sharing across all stakeholders, leveraging best practices from the region.  

 

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with at least 7 years of supply chain work experience. 

  • Masters or MBA preferred 

  • Prior operational consulting experience preferred 

  • Experience in designing the methodology for measuring p operational improvement programs 

  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability for managing multiple projects in parallel and/or managing large programs of work 

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, global and domestic, travel % may vary based on business needs

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $136,000 to $186,800 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
