For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently.&nbsp;</p> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div></div><h4>Position Overview:</h4> <p>We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead for our AML/Compliance department. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of compliance, reporting, and risk management, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of internal controls, regulatory requirements, and a commitment to fostering a culture of good governance and compliance. As a Team Lead, you will support the implementation of compliance policies, monitor operational compliance, and contribute to the development of team members while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.</p> <h4>Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>Assist in the practical implementation of compliance policies at the operational level, ensuring that internal controls are followed and regulatory requirements are met.</li> <li>Utilize and manage compliance tools to effectively monitor adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards, identifying areas for improvement and corrective action</li> <li>Collaborate with Managers and Directors to instill a culture of compliance and good governance across the organization</li> <li>Assist in preparing and reviewing compliance reports for management, ensuring accurate and timely submission.</li> <li>Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.</li> <li>Track, manage, and follow up on compliance-related issues. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure issues are resolved and preventive measures are implemented.</li> <li>Communicate compliance requirements effectively within the team and across departments.</li> <li>Guide, mentor, and support Senior Analysts and junior staff, fostering their development and preparing them for leadership roles</li> <li>Address complex compliance and operational issues using established and non-standard procedures</li> <li>Work closely with Managers, Directors, and Senior Analysts to refine strategies, drive operational performance, and ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives</li> <li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of key business principles, including finance, operations, and human resources</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications and Experience:</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Risk Management, Accounting, Finance)</li> <li>5-8+ years of proven experience in working with risk compliance, reporting, and governance, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to compliance</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing staff, particularly Senior Analysts and junior team members.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> </ul> <p></p> <div class="job__description body"> <div> <p>*Compensation starts at $62,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.</p> </div> </div>
