The Fiberglass is a core team member of the Operations Department at one of our locations in our Scientific division. This facility is in Bruce Township, Michigan (dba Custom Biogenic Systems). The Fiberglass Laborer is responsible for performing the daily fiberglass assembly procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Cutting, grinding, sanding, buffing, and assembly of fiberglass parts
- Maintain equipment and keep workspace in good condition
- Analyze and report any issues, malfunctions or defective parts
- Ability to complete all required documentation.
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Adaptable to a continuous improvement environment and contributes with ideas
- Ability to work independently with limited direction
- Must have excellent attendance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
