As the Talent Acquisition Manager - MH&E and Commercial Engine Services, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing recruiting strategies that support StandardAero’s current and future workforce needs. You will partner closely with senior leaders and HR to deliver results, lead and develop a team of recruiters, and personally manage high-impact and hard-to-fill searches.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with business leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Translate business needs into actionable recruiting plans, with a strong focus on skilled hourly, technical, and critical leadership roles.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations related to talent availability, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, setting clear expectations and driving high performance.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and guidance to ensure consistent recruiting practices and a strong candidate experience.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented recruiting culture focused on continuous improvement.

Recruiting Execution

  • Serve as a working leader by directly managing a select number of complex, high-priority, or hard-to-fill requisitions.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring manager support.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring recruiters and influencing stakeholders

Desired Characteristics

  • Corporate recruiting experience within aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or another technical/industrial environment
  • Experience recruiting across a broad range of roles, including hourly/technical, professional, and leadership positions
  • Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ORC / Fusion experience is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruiting strategies to operational needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Self-sufficient, adaptable, and comfortable operating with limited direct supervision
