Key responsibilities and duties:
Planning and scheduling calibrated tooling/equipment
Collection, processing and delivering of tooling/equipment
Raising the correct paperwork for failures/adjustments and following it through to completion
Keeping the correct registers and portals/systems up to date
To complete documentation in accordance with Company procedures
Liaising with the Calibration House enquiries
Liaising with the tool stores, GSE Controller and other relevant Departments on site
Supporting the GSE Controller and Tooling Controller when they are out of the business
Full compliance and understanding of the Quality Management System
Ability to ensure timely action to achieve desired output
Actively participate in Continuous Improvement activities
Demonstrates a flexible approach to meet the needs of the task
Promote best practice, report bad practice and non-compliance and take preventative action to ensure continual improvement in the organisation
To complete documentation in accordance with Company procedure
Comply with all relevant Health, Safety and Environment regulations and exercise a Duty of Care promoting a positive approach towards workplace health and safety
Adhere and champion company policies i.e. Diversity, Dignity and Respect at work.
To attend training courses when nominated
General duties as required, housekeeping etc., and other responsibilities as allocated by the management team
Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.
