About this role

General Accountability

Reports Directly To:       Manager, Engineering/Technical Services
 

As a Production Engineer F135, you support planned and unplanned F135 engine maintenance activities. You assess technical deviations, support production teams, and act as a key technical interface between operations, quality, and the OEM.

What you'll do:

  • Be the go-to technical expert supporting daily F135 engine maintenance operations.

  • Solve complex technical and production challenges by assessing deviations and determining component status.

  • Translate OEM engineering data into clear, effective work instructions within Solumina.

  • Support and lead technical activities during First Article Inspections (FAI).

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, reliability, and technical documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a key technical interface with the OEM.

What you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in aerospace or gas turbine MRO.

  • Experience in aerospace maintenance, production, or engineering environments.

  • Strong analytical skills and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

  • Confidence in working with OEM documentation and production systems.

  • Clear, professional communication skills and strong command of English.
