Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time BC/BE fellowship trained gastroenterologist who is available to start in 2025/2026. Join an established group of 4 top-trained GIs with a primary office and surgery center in Stamford and secondary office and surgery center in Wilton. This position is open due to growth and includes both clinical and academic responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is patient-centered, with excellent communications skills and a passion for providing compassionate top-quality patient care. This position reports to our Chair of Medicine.
Stamford Health is a major educational affiliate of the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University, and we are also affiliated with the Frank Netter School of Medicine of Quinnipiac University. Students from both medical schools rotate on inpatient services and in our clinics. Columbia also sponsors our residency programs. Attendings are encouraged to participate in teaching residents and students, and those who do get faculty appointments at both schools.
