The Per Diem Nurse Practitioner for Corporate Wellness and Executive Health will primarily address the wellness of executive clients for physical and occupational examinations including hearing & vision screenings, mask fit testing, pulmonary function tests, and spirometry testing. The APRN will be responsible for entering patient related information into the EPIC system and preforming special events such as flu campaigns.
Schedule: Hours are variable, typically ranging from 0 to 15 hours per week depending on department needs. Day-time hours only, approximately 9AM-5PM.
Location: Varies by project but primarily located within the Tully Health Center in Stamford, CT and the Wilton Medical Group in Wilton, CT
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner with a graduate nursing degree, national NP certification, and a CT APRN license through the DPH
Flexibility with strong decision making computer skills, and independent nursing skills are required.
Broad knowledge of general nursing and an appreciation of individual and group behavior, including employee relationships are required.
3-5 years recent experience in occupational health or emergency medicine preferred.
Must be able to travel to other SH locations ranging from Stamford, CT to Wilton, CT
