Overview:
Sr. Production Manager is responsible for multiple shifts and achieving client metrics in productivity, quality, and safety. Experience in the automotive Tier 1 industry is highly desirable but not required. Experience in LEAN/5S principles is required. Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with demanding client contact daily. Responsible for supervising Shift Supervisors, Recruiters, and Operations Managers which includes overall indirect responsibility for the payroll, associate recruitment/retention, and client reporting functions. Support of strategic projects, including some administrative tasks, may be required periodically to further develop the client partnership.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional Saturday, flexibility is needed. After training, the schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

Salary Range: $83,571 - $104,464 depending on experience and geographic location.
