Reporting to the PROS Director, this program-leadership position will provide qualified candidates an opportunity to utilize both their clinical and supervisory skills to help shape a team and group based recovery program for people with significant and complex behavioral health challenges. Ideal candidates will share the program's commitment to clients' personal growth, the possibility of achieving their stated life goals, and the importance of creating a therapeutic environment of respect, empathy, caring, support, and fun (yes!).
Qualifications include at least 3-5 years of direct clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, and 1-3 years of leadership and supervisory experience. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential, as are good organizational and time-management skills.
Must be NYS fully licensed Social Worker (LCSW preferred), Mental Health Counselor, Creative Arts Therapist, Psychologist, or other NYS licensed mental health professional.
