PATIENT CARE DIRECTOR
St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester in Harrison, NY has an unwavering commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a transformational nursing leader for the Patient Care Director position on one of our adult inpatient units.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 28 bed unit, while ensuring delivery of the highest standards of patient care. You will work in collaboration with an exceptional and supportive leadership and interdisciplinary treatment team. Manage budgets and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience. Excel as a change agent, enhancing quality and performance. Some weekend leadership rotation is required.
To qualify, you must have a current NYS RN licensure, at least 3 years of successful behavioral health nursing leadership experience, with knowledge of regulatory standards and excellent interpersonal/communication skills. A BSN is required, Masters preferred. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package.
Pay: $145,000-$150,000
