About this role
Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for our Nursing Department. The Clinical Nurse Manager provides and integrates clinical leadership and fiscal and resource management of a designated unit/area of patient care on a twenty-four hour basis, consistent with the philosophy and goals of the institution, Department of Nursing and clinical service. Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards is a critical element of the position. Minimum two years clinical experience in Emergency Nursing, advance communication, organization and problem solving skills required.
Education and Qualification Requirements
- NYS RN License
- BSN Required Masters Preferred
