About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Registered Midwives to join our dedicated Maternity Services team on our Postnatal Floor.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care within a supportive, values-driven environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality midwifery care to women and newborns within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with SVPHM standards.

  • Promote a positive patient experience through collaboration, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Contribute to a culture of learning, reflection, and clinical excellence.

Shifts & Hours

  • Morning: 07:00 – 15:00 (8 hours)

  • Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00 (8 hours)

  • Night: 21:30 – 07:30 (10 hours)

About You

You are a caring and motivated Registered Midwife who thrives in a collaborative team and is committed to patient-centred care.

You will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in midwifery

  • Excellent clinical judgement and interpersonal skills

  • A commitment to continuous professional development

  • The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team across all shifts
