JOB SUMMARY: 

The Director of Hospital-Based Services will oversee and direct the practice management support for all of the hospital-based services employed by St. Tammany Physicians Network (STPN).  This position will work in collaboration with physician dyad partners, STPN administrative colleagues and the STPN providers to ensure a high performing and efficient practice.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s Degree in health-related field required, Master’s preferred; 5-years of progressive responsibility and experience in medical practice management with demonstrated success required.  Strong provider relation skills along with knowledge and experience in financial management and coding regulations.  Strong commitment to teamwork and quality patient care is required.
