Position Summary: 

Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations. Work with Project Owners and Administration to develop project scope.  Ensure that scope is accurately communicated to all parties through memos, drawings, narratives, and/or full engineered plans and specifications. Identify suitable contractors and vendors for partners on projects.  Work with partners to provide accurate project cost estimates and schedules at each phase of project development. Coordinate Contractors and vendors to ensure the project is completed on time and within the budget allocation and that changes are kept to a minimum. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.  

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred or High School Diploma with 5+ years relevant experience

Experience:  Project management experience with construction projects in a healthcare setting preferred
