Position Summary:
Responsible for providing overall management of business and clinical practice operations for one or more orthopedic practice sites in compliance with St. Luke’s Medical Group policies and standards. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, managing financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve patient access, employee engagement, and provider productivity. Develops and implements processes to maximize operational efficiencies and enhance practice revenues. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Missouri
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience providing direct or indirect patient care plus a Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting, including supervision of clinical and/or operational staff
