The Project Coordinator, under the direction of the Integrated Behavioral Health Director (IBH Director), will manage activities of one or more grants to ensure contract quality and compliance with grant deliverables. maintain ongoing communication with the project funder and agency partners; coordinate the day-to-day logistics of project implementation across multiple SJCH departments/programs; coordinate service provision with agency partners; compile project and evaluation data from SJCH and partners, represent SJCH at initiative meetings, and assist IBH Director with writing and submitting project reports to the funder.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination and implementation of grant activities and deliverables within IBH and will assist other grant staff as needed in accomplishing grant’s objectives. The Project Coordinator will serve as a resource for the team and will help where needed to raise awareness, via presentations and/or facilitation of support groups if needed.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
- Knowledge of community resources in area of residence.
- Able to navigate Office suite, develop and write reports
- Self-motivated to work independently and with the team,
- Initiative and excellent organization skills.
- Computer literate, Database management knowledge and experience required.
- Ability to work well with diverse groups-clients and staff.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support all grant related activities as required by the grant.
- Organize and collect grant data within SJCH and between collaborative partners.
- Work with applicable staff to collect and enter data for monthly reports.
- Complete grant reports.
- Collaborate with SJCH staff/other programs/agencies/schools to provide education on grant requirements, deliverables, mental health and opioid addiction.
- Work to strengthen workflows between partners and collaborative agencies.
- Work with applicable staff to collect and enter data for monthly reports
- Work with clinic, operations, other grant staff to ensure registration of students in eCW and enrollment in support groups
- Conduct grant related trainings as needed for clinic and staff.
- Coordinate referrals from SJCH staff for education sessions with parents/families/youth.
- Develop, facilitate/co-facilitate weekly and/or monthly presentations, trainings and workshops for youth, students and families in collaboration with community partners as needed.
- Manage order and distribution of promotional/educational materials.
- Document and track inventory, attendance at events, grant activities.
- Provide education to students regarding improvements in behavioral health.
- Participate in all required meetings with lead agencies and monthly partners to expand trauma-informed learning.
- Participate in all mandatory grant-related meetings/training sessions.
- Participate/Plan/Implement community outreach events and other grant awareness events.
- Report on project progress each month.
- Other coordinated duties as assigned by IBH Director.
