We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our team on 3 East on a permanent part time and casual basis.
3 East is a dynamic ward with the combined specialties of ENT, Vascular, Plastic surgery and Gynaecology. We are a passionate, young and vibrant team dedicated to providing the highest quality care to all. We also specialise in Paediatric surgical care for procedures including ear, nose and throat, general surgery, dental and orthopaedics
You will provide a recovery focused approach to care that supports the whole person. Using a range of interventions, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to providing the most up to date evidence-based care and services to our clients.
The Position
Assesses plans, delivers and evaluates patient care, seeking support from senior staff as required.
Promotes and contributes to effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the department and within the hospital.
Participates in mental health promotion and educational programs for patients, families/carers. Supports and supervises staff and students as required, including orientating and precepting staff. Contributes to the achievement of Hospital and Clinical Services operational objectives.
You will have a registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, a demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
To succeed you will have an ability to work effectively and harmoniously within the multi-disciplinary health care team, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

We can offer you
RN Salary: $81,995 to $103,482 (pro rata for part time) plus 12% superannuation
EN Salary: $64,650 to $73,450 (pro rata for part time) plus 12% superannuation
Permanent part time and casual positions
