Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Tourism Management degree
  • Previous experience in a five star hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Strong physical stamina to handle lifting and carrying luggage of various sizes and weights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed.
