Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe and secure handling of their belongings.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
- Coordinate transportation for guests, including taxis, shuttles, and other arrangements as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Respond promptly to guests' requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Tourism Management degree
- Previous experience in a five star hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Strong physical stamina to handle lifting and carrying luggage of various sizes and weights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed.
