Job Responsibilities

• Be part of the client’s core network infrastructure support team providing oversight on deployment work and operations support.
• Collaborate with end user and vendor’s delivery team to ensure deployment meets requirements in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update documentation and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations as well as completeness and adherence to the required security policies, standard and guidelines.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in the Information Technology industry in the areas of core network solution design, network implementation & support
• Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NTP configuration, TCP/IP networking with ability to diagnose and resolve network access problem by performing network troubleshooting.
• Have experience in performing project coordination and in liaising with the user and vendor to define business requirements and implement network solutions.
• Valid CCNA certification or equivalent.
• Prior working experience in defence organisations or government ministries requiring security clearance will have an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A resourceful, proactive and independent team player.
