Cyber Project Manager

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Apply effective project management methodologies and ensure appropriate action applies in corrective needs
  • Development of project plans, activities, and schedule
  • Responsible for project Profit & Loss
  • Manage cross-functional teams in project deliveries
  • Manage contract requirements, terms, change management, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
  • Provide regular project communications including status updates to customers, senior management, customers, and stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Design appropriate training programs and workshops for project team
  • Keep abreast of latest technology changes to maintain deployment and operational efficiency
  • Create a positive team environment and coordinate work effort of each team member in a cohesive fashion
  • Participate in tender project management and maintenance costing & quotation

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and self-driven to complete assignment with the limited resources and tight schedule
  • Good technical skills in engineering, computer, cybersecurity, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well
  • Good knowledge of Systems Engineering, Project Management and Systems Integration
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience respectively in project management.
  • Able to handle complex projects, technical challenges and different groups of users and external contractors
  • Good to have PMP or CITPM or PRINCE2 certification with strong understanding of techniques and methods
  • Strong familiarity with project management software E.g., MS Project
  • Strong customer management in collaboration and understanding their requirements
  • Strong vendor management in negotiation and collaboration
  • Strong in people management
  • Strong in tracking project scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Experience in managing deployment of IT infrastructure, such as systems & networks and cybersecurity solutions
  • Experience in major IT infrastructure & cybersecurity system updates, upgrades, OS hardening and migrations.
  • Competent and proficient understanding in IT Infrastructure Services, Cybersecurity Solutions, Cloud Computing and Systems Integration
