About our Line of Business – Cloud & Data Centre Solutions

ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd provides all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build and provide facility management service for mission critical environments such data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.

Be Part of Our Success:

• The Assistant Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer supports engineering teams in ensuring that systems and equipment can be maintained, supported, and operated efficiently throughout their service life.
• Support day‑to‑day ILS and maintenance support activities under supervision.
• Assist in preparing and updating maintenance and support documents, such as:
• Maintenance task lists
• Spare parts lists
• Equipment support information
• Training and user manual inputs
• Help collect and organise technical data from engineering drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Assist senior engineers in analysing:
• How equipment is maintained
• What tools and spares are required
• How long repairs take
• Maintain ILS data in spreadsheets, databases, or support tools
• Support preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to clarify technical and logistics information
• Follow project procedures, quality requirements, and documentation standards. 

Qualities We Value:

• Diploma in IT / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 1 year of IT project experience is a plus
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• No prior experience in ILS required.
