Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with a well-established contractor to bring on an experienced and customer-focused Heating and Cooling Service Technician. This role is ideal for a professional who delivers 5-star service, maintains a clean and organized company vehicle, and values ongoing training and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy

• Communicate daily with customers, offering fast and effective HVAC solutions

• Coordinate with dispatch, management, parts, and install teams

• Use a company-issued iPad for estimates, GPS, invoicing, and payment collection

• Maintain a clean, stocked service truck

• Complete all service documentation accurately and on time

• Participate in an on-call rotation

• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience

  • Must be able to use gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools confidently

• Must have personal hand tools needed for service work

• Willingness to obtain additional certifications (support available)

• Strong professional presence and respectful customer communication

Compensation

💰 Competitive pay between $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
