Electrical Manager/Master Electrician – Direct Hire Opportunity

Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with an established and well-respected Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Excavating contractor in Central Wisconsin to identify an experienced leader to oversee their electrical team. This company supports both residential and commercial clients, handling new construction, service work, and ongoing maintenance projects.

Position Overview

The Electrical Manager/Master Electrician will use their WI Master Electrician license and hands-on industry experience to lead teams on residential and commercial construction projects across Central WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bidding, project management, team leadership, and safety.

Key Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Master Electrician License

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and estimating electrical projects

• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with field leaders, tradesmen, and senior management

• Ability to manage the department with a focus on maximizing profit margins

• Commitment to maintaining a zero-injury work environment

• Experience completing monthly billing, including AIA documentation

• Ability to work collaboratively with other trades to support overall project success

• Professional appearance and conduct

• Clean driving record

• Ability to identify areas of improvement within the team and support employee development

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation range: $85,000 – $110,000
