Die Select Service Partner (Schweiz) AG ist Teil des multinationalen gastronomischen Konzerns SSP Group plc. An den Standorten Zürich Flughafen und in der Stadt Zürich betreiben wir derzeit 24 Verkaufsstandorte und beschäftigen über 400 Mitarbeitende. Neben unseren Bespoke Konzepten Bellevue, NZZ Café, Startbar und Alpenblick führen wir in der Schweiz als Franchisenehmer auch berühmte Marken wie Burger King an zwei Standorten, fünf Starbucks Stores und neun Stores der englischen Marke Prêt a Manger.
Wir suchen Dich ab sofort für unsere Sportsbar am Flughafen Zürich als
Schichtleiter 100% (m/w/d)
Nach einer intensiven mehrwöchigen Einarbeitung übernimmst Du folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Operative Mithilfe bei der Führung des Stores
- Aktive Unterstützung des Teams
- Kontrolle und Umsetzung der Standards
- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung der Einsatz- und Ferienplanung
- Mithilfe bei der Rekrutierung, Schulung, Entwicklung und Führung der Team Member
- Bestellwesen sowie diverse andere administrative Aufgaben
- Stellvertretung des Front Managers bei dessen Abwesenheit
Dafür bringst Du mit:
- Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie
- Erfahrung im Bereich Systemgastronomie und Schichtleitung von Vorteil
- Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
- Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
- Teamgeist und Belastbarkeit
- Gute Deutsch oder Englischkenntnisse
- Möglichkeit, den Flughafen ab 4.00 Uhr zu erreichen
