About the Role

Role: Property Program Manager, Asia Pacific (Based in Malaysia)

Main Responsibilities:
Manage PMO governance, reporting, and data accuracy across the Property portfolio in Asia Pacific. Oversee the Property Governance System (PGS) and Airtable, ensuring alignment with global standards and consistency in project data.

1. Systems & Data Management

  • Administer user access, licensing, and permissions for Airtable and PGS.
  • Maintain accurate project data for reporting and performance tracking.

2. Reporting & Insights

  • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project reports using PGS and Airtable.
  • Champion the roll out and adoption of the PGS within the Property Projects team and stakeholders.
  • Creation of new project plans on the PGS and ensuring plans are approved and owned by the Project Managers.
  • Coordinate portfolio reporting and support the Property Director with insights.
  • Partner with Finance and Project Managers to validate budgets, forecasts, and timelines.


3. Governance & Standards

  • Embed project management tools and governance and provide guidance and best practice to the project team.
  • Support the Property Director with the coordination of other projects such as Project Refresh when required.
  • Ensure project plans, risks, and mitigations are updated weekly in PGS.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as APAC’s key PMO contact
  • Support Project Managers in system use, reporting setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate clear communication and action tracking across projects.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate reporting.
  • Test and implement system enhancements and data process improvements.
  • Support special projects such as Project Refresh or other Property initiatives.

 

Person Specification:

  • Experience of working in a PMO environment.
  • Experience of project reporting at various levels
  • Hands-on experience with Airtable administration and workflow automation is preferred but not essential
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across regional and global teams.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and reporting tools.
