About this role

FIXED TERM CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT - NEWCASTLE STATION

 

Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour.
Hours: Part Time (20 hours). Fixed Term Contract until 26 September 2026.
ShiftsSunday between 2:30pm to 9:30pm, Monday between 12pm - 7:30pm and Tuesday between 7am - 2pm. (with the possibility of overtime) 

 

  • Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL:

 

  • Operating delivery equipment for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).
  • Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from TPE trains.
  • Order assembly and stock control.
  • Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
