POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials to support an award-winning national team of commercial real estate brokers. The ideal candidate will be responsible to design high-quality marketing pieces including offering memorandums (OMs), proposals, flyers, track records and custom projects.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Create and produce marketing communications pieces for internal clients

· Collaborate with team members to ensure visual materials align with broker strategy

· Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

· Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or fine arts preferred

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency, corporation, or small business

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

· Experience with PowerPoint and Canva is a plus

· Strong portfolio showcasing layout design and photo retouching skills

· Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills

· Strong communication and time management abilities

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Able to handle constructive feedback

· Positive attitude, self-starter and strong problem-solving skills

· Commercial real estate experience is a bonus

· Online portfolio required
