What you will do:
The Accounts Payable Clerk performs a range of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support functions.
Some key responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- General accounts payable functions
- Check, verify, and process invoices
- Prepare payments for signature
- Sort, code, and enter accounts payable data
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Assist Accounting Manager in weekly financial projections
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience working in an office setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Competent oral and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and highly organized
