This person will be collaborating with international clients to deliver complex transformations - often technology-enabled - spanning HR, operating model and process change, workforce and skills, culture and leadership, and adoption at scale.</span></p><h3><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Lead and deliver project workstreams end-to-end (scope, plan, RAID, budget, quality), ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Shape change strategies tailored to the client context (impact & readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, change plans, adoption KPIs).</p></li><li><p> Run stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to bring employee voice into the design.</p></li><li><p>Design fit-for-purpose communications and training (enablement plans, learning journeys, coaching, super-user networks).</p></li><li><p>Stand up or strengthen PMO capabilities, governance, and reporting; apply Agile or hybrid delivery where it adds value.</p></li><li><p>Drive HR transformation initiatives (operating model, service delivery, HR process optimization), including HR platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).</p></li><li><p>Apply process improvement methods (Lean / Six Sigma, BPMN documentation) to boost efficiency and experience.</p></li><li><p>Track and report adoption and benefits, recommend course-corrections, and embed continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Prepare compelling proposals and thought leadership; build trusted relationships with client leaders.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Nice to have:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Experience in consulting and/or large-scale, multi-country programs.</p></li><li><p>Sector background in financial services and/or public sector.</p></li></ul><p style="margin:0.75rem 0px 0px;padding:0px;font:400 14px / 1.714 "Atlassian Sans", ui-sans-serif, -apple-system, "system-ui", "Segoe UI", Ubuntu, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif;color:rgb(41, 42, 46);letter-spacing:normal;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;white-space:pre-wrap;background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);">· Hands-on with MS Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA/Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI</p>
