<p><span>We are looking for HR Compensation & Benefits Consultant who combines a structured project approach with a strong understanding of people, organisations, and business needs.</span></p><p><span>If you enjoy working on people-focused projects with real business impact, we’d be happy to meet you.</span></p><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li><p><span>Senior experience in HR Compensation & Benefits processes or large-scale transformation projects. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of corporate finance metrics (EBITDA, Revenue). </span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced data processing and reasoning capabilities. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven ability to communicate and build relationships at the C-level. </span></p></li><li><p>Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).</p></li></ul><h4><span>Nice to Have </span></h4><ul><li><p><span>Experience in management consulting </span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) or advanced data visualization (Tableau, Power BI). </span></p></li><li><p><span>Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). </span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in post-merger integration regarding reward systems.</span></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Project description:</strong></h3><p><span>Strategic Human Capital transformation projects for external clients. Focus on aligning compensation structures with business performance and financial goals. </span></p><h3><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p><span>Independent delivery of HR and strategy projects with a focus on C&B. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Acting as a subject matter expert on various human capital aspects. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Preparing complex analyses and documentation using client data, market surveys, and internal statistics. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Developing remuneration models and performance-linked benefit systems.</span></p></li></ul>
