Pay (DOE): $18–$22/hour + event bonuses + mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (mostly afternoons, evenings, weekends)
About the Role
Spy Ninjas HQ is building a high-energy Street Ninjas Team to represent our brand out in the community. Street Ninjas help bring Spy Ninjas HQ to life by supporting local events, delivering materials to partner vendors, and engaging families in a fun, professional way. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing individuals who thrive in high-energy environments and love interacting with the public.
This role is perfect for students, entry-level applicants, or anyone who enjoys event work, interacting with people, and being part of a fast-paced entertainment brand.
Responsibilities
- Represent Spy Ninjas HQ at community events and appearances
- Deliver marketing materials to local vendors and partners
- Engage positively with kids, families, and community members
- Set up and break down event materials
- Follow brand guidelines, scripts, and appearance standards
- Communicate clearly with leadership before and after shifts

- Reliable transportation (Preferred)
- Comfortable speaking with the public
- Able to follow direction and brand guidelines
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Ability to Lift and carry 25lbs
- Headshot required with application (professional or clear, well-lit photo)

The park was co-created with Fallout Zones LLC - the family entertainment consulting firm behind multiple local and national family entertainment centers in Las Vegas. Fallout Zones CEO Bryan Severance says Spy Ninjas HQ will offer a brand new type of experience for family entertainment centers with the advent of “IRL Gamification” - a process by which the park itself becomes a game and and every guest can be a player, with over 300 wristband scanners to track their progress and competitive status on every visit.
“IRL Gamification brings everything we love about gaming into the real world”, Severance says. "This is much different from Pokemon Go, for instance, because you’re actually in the game now. Visitors can level up using XPs, hunt for clues, unlock secrets, earn points for real life merch, complete challenges and earn achievements. This is a real chance for players to ‘be the game’ in an immersive RPG environment.”
What you'll do
- The Street Ninjas will represent Spy Ninjas HQ at community events, deliver marketing materials, and engage with families. They will also set up and break down event materials while following brand guidelines.
